Building energy use
In 2005/6 Experian used 101 million kWh of energy in its buildings, with a split between International and Americas as shown in the diagram. This has remained broadly unchanged since last year (100 million kWhs). Consequently, as sales have continued to grow, then the energy used per thousand pounds of sales has improved substantially. This improvement reflects steady improvements in energy efficiency and also in building utilisation.
