Objectives and
targets
In our first few months as an independent company
we have set ourselves a number of interim management objectives
for the year ahead. These are:
- Produce the first full in-depth Experian CR Report.
- Establish the infrastructure of management CR champions and
a management group across the business.
- Establish the infrastructure of CR coordinators.
- Create a CR Communications strategy to raise awareness among
staff of Experian’s commitment and approach to CR.
- Develop a plan for stakeholder engagement, and begin some external
discussions.
More detailed performance objectives will be set by the management
champions and will be reported through the Experian website at that
stage.
