it consults, co-operates with or depends upon. We have already mentioned
the key groups of individuals – consumers, our people, those
that live around our sites and ultimately all of us in society.
But these groups are often best represented by organisations such
as interest groups, governmental and non governmental organisations
(NGOs) with which we can have very useful discussions and often
