What's new this year?
We’ve tried to improve the scope of our reporting this year in response to feedback.
We have included sections on our work with suppliers and potential suppliers. This work spans a couple of our six responsibilities, so we’ve created a specific section. We’ve added information on human rights and our joined up approach to whistleblowing and have made our policies more visible.Increasing the geographical scope of our report is important and this year we’ve included our significant new business in Latin America, Serasa. The four regions we cover in depth in this report – the US, UK, France and Serasa – between them account for almost 90% of our global full-time equivalent staff. We’ve also added anecdotal evidence from smaller business units across the world.
Our CR vision, strategy and objectives are much more visible this year and we’ve made links to our business strategy.
We have always gathered data to help us calculate our Carbon Footprint but this year we have also reported many more of the activities that are taking place across the company in response to a growing concern about climate change.
